Where at least 700 newly born stars are in various stages of formation, as shown in this mosaic of 30 (out of 42 that were discovered) "proplyds" or protoplanetary discs captured by the Hubble Space Telescope...























To the delicate, flowery structure of the star forming region known as the Rosette Nebula, with its family of young, hot and bright stars (NGC 2244) nestled in the hollow at its center...
